The HT8T Nesting CNC is a high-efficiency panel furniture processing machine protected by national invention patents. It adopts the industry-first simultaneous top and bottom drilling without panel turnover technology, integrating automatic loading, labeling, top/bottom drilling, grooving, and cutting into a single process. With one-time positioning, it effectively avoids panel deformation, hole deviation, and damage caused by repeated handling.
The machine features a heavy-duty frame, a retractable upper drilling structure, a chrome-plated table, heavy-duty grippers, and a powerful vacuum adsorption system. Equipped with full servo drives and world-renowned electrical components, it ensures stable operation and high precision. It simplifies the traditional three processes into two, significantly saving labor, space, and turnaround time, processing approximately 130 full-sized panels per 8 hours.
