What is the difference between the TT-306 and TT-308 series?
The TT-306 series is designed as a compact, cost-effective solution for small and medium furniture factories. The TT-308 series offers higher configuration options, faster production efficiency and more advanced processing functions for larger-scale production. Practically: the 306 platform runs a single 8 m/min feed with a minimum panel of 120 × 80 mm on most models, while the 308 platform offers three selectable speeds (8, 12, 16 m/min), a minimum panel of 100 × 45 mm, edge tape from 0.3 mm, and corner rounding as standard on the DS and DSA.
Which model handles the smallest panels?
The TT-306DBT, at 80 × 50 mm minimum panel. It uses a dual-motor end trimming unit with independently driven heads, which is what allows it to process shorter and narrower workpieces that a single-motor end trimmer cannot manage well. If your work includes drawer fronts, door rails or small cabinet components, this is the model to start from.
What panel and edge tape thicknesses are supported?
Panel thickness is 10–45 mm across every model in both series. Edge tape runs 0.4–2 mm on the TT-306 platform and 0.3–2 mm on the TT-308 platform. A 3 mm tape requires custom cutters — mention it at enquiry stage, not after the order.
Which edge tape materials can the machine run?
The TT-306 and TT-308 series support PVC, ABS, veneer, melamine and acrylic edge tapes. Panels can be MDF, plywood, particle board, melamine board, PVC board, acrylic or solid wood.
Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM including customised machine appearance, logo, functional configuration, voltage and frequency requirements, and complete production solutions. Customisation is confirmed before production starts.
What is the warranty and lead time?
Touch screen, inverter and PLC carry a two-year warranty; motors carry one year. Technical support and spare parts continue after the warranty period, with remote online service included. Most standard models are held in stock; lead time for custom-configured machines depends on the specific configuration and is confirmed at quotation.
