Packing and Delivery
Every TT-306DBT is packed to export standard. Critical surfaces are treated against rust and moisture before the machine is wrapped in multiple layers of PE stretch film, with extra protection for guide rails, the work table, the electrical cabinet and the control panel. Cutting tools and wearing parts are removed and packed separately, while accessories, spare parts and the tool kit go into dedicated cases with a detailed packing list. The complete machine is then enclosed in a fumigation-free plywood case - reinforced with internal timber bracing, secured with steel strapping and mounted on a pallet for easy forklift handling and crane lifting. Each case is stencilled with the shipping mark, case number, gross/net weight, dimensions and standard handling symbols ("This Side Up", "Keep Dry") to withstand long-distance sea freight and multiple transfers. We ship mainly by full container load, and can also arrange LCL, air or land transport on request - [X] units per 20GP, [X] units per 40HQ, dispatched within [X] working days after deposit. A full set of clearance documents (packing list, invoice, B/L) travels with the shipment, and we can assist with cargo insurance.
