Details

Pre-Milling
The board edge is milled square before any adhesive is applied. A 12,000 rpm motor drives a PCD cutter, so the surface the edge band bonds to is clean and flat rather than a raw saw cut.
Entry
The material-limiting cylinder can protect the end-trimming unit, and the wider infeed fence accommodates panels of varying widths.

Control panel
High-definition touchscreen control panel featuring an operating interface specifically designed for edgebanders, ensuring smoother operation.
User-Friendly Operation
The machine features a large touchscreen interface with multilingual support, including English, Spanish, Russian, and more. The screen angle can be adjusted to suit the operator's preferred working position, with flexible configuration options available to meet different customer requirements.

Gluing and Tape Cutting
- Adhesive is laid down through a spiral chamber and the edge band is pressed on immediately behind it. The tank is mounted for quick change, so switching adhesive or clearing the station does not mean dismantling the machine.
End Trimming
The band overhang at both ends is cut back flush to the panel. The unit sits on a heavy-duty base, which is what keeps the cut position stable through a long run rather than drifting panel by panel.

Fine Trimming
- The overhang above and below the panel is removed flush, using handle-with-display adjustment so settings can be changed at the machine. Nesting functions are available as an option.

Buffing Unit&Flat Scrap(Optional)
- The last unit polishes the finished edge. A flat scraping unit can be fitted ahead of it to take off residual glue line where the final edge has to be cleaner than a standard banding job requires.

Optional
Pre-heating, a cleaning unit and flat scraping are specified when the machine is ordered. Which combination you want depends on your panel material, the edge band you run and how clean the finished edge has to be.

Pre-heating (optional)

Gear Motor Reducer
Fitted as standard on this machine, allowing large panels up to 2400 × 1200 mm to be processed reliably.
Electrical and Pneumatic Accessories
An edge bander spends its life in a workshop, not in a laboratory. The drive and control components are chosen so that an electrician you already work with can identify them and find a replacement, rather than being tied to a single proprietary supply route.
LS PLC as the control core
Shihlin inverter driving the feed
Imported high-speed bearings in the milling and trimming units
Standard branded electricals not proprietary one-off parts

Settings an operator can change at the machine
A bander only earns its place if the people running it can adjust it. Adjustment points are reachable from the operating side, so routine setting changes stay with the operator instead of needing a technician with tools.
Handle-with-display adjustment on the fine trimming unit for day-to-day setting changes
Extraction at each cutting station keeps chips from the milling and trimming units out of the gluing area
Heavy-duty end trimming base holds the cutter position over long production runs
Gear motor reducer fitted as standard so boards up to 2400 × 1200 mm feed steadily
Who Is the TT-306DBP For?
Custom cabinet and joinery shops
Where every order has a different component list and the machine is re-set constantly. Components down to 120 × 80 mm stay in range, so small parts are not a separate job.
Kitchen and wardrobe production
Where the edge is part of the visible product. A joined edge that varies in thickness or shine from panel to panel is obvious the moment the kitchen is installed.
Panel furniture factories
Where panels run continuously and the 8 m/min feed speed sets the pace, with operators loading at one end and stacking finished work at the other.
Workshops moving up from manual banding
Where the first automatic machine has to be understandable on day one and stay understandable on day three hundred, without a dedicated technician.
Factories relieving a bottleneck
Where an existing bander is running at capacity and a second station is needed - without duplicating an entire production line to get it.
Producers completing a panel line
Where the bander has to work alongside panel saws, drilling machines, CNC nesting centres and dust extraction rather than stand alone in a corner.
Compliant on arrival, protected in transit

CE certification
The TT-306DBP is CE certified, meeting European safety, health and environmental requirements. This is the certificate your own customers, safety officers and insurers are most likely to ask to see, and it is what lets the machine be installed in an EU workshop as a matter of course rather than as an exception.
Packing and loading
Each machine is tested before it is packed, then shipped in a wooden case or a reinforced steel frame depending on the route and the handling it will see. Where several machines or accessory units travel together we prepare the loading plan, so the container is filled by design instead of leaving paid space empty.
Send us your destination port and we will include the packing and loading proposal together with your quotation, so the delivered cost is clear before you commit.
Why Choose US
What buying from the factory actually changes
TingTing manufacturing woodworking machinery in Changshu, Jiangsu since 2010, with a complete range covering furniture edge bander, drilling, CNC and extraction for panel furniture production.
You reach the technical team
Configuration questions go to the people who build the machine, not through a reseller. Pre-sales technical consultation is free, and our sales engineers are trained on the equipment they sell.
Configuration before quotation
We ask about panel thickness, your smallest component, edge band material and target output first - then quote against that, instead of sending a generic price for a generic machine.
Layout advice, not just a machine
We help work out where the bander sits in your workshop and how it connects to what you already have, so it is not the new bottleneck the week after installation.
Installation and training
Detailed installation guidance is supplied with the machine, and senior engineers can be dispatched for on-site commissioning and operator training.
Support that keeps running
24/7 global online technical support with quick response, a spare parts inventory held for timely delivery, scheduled equipment inspections and remote diagnostics.
An established export process
Machines are shipped to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South America - so documentation, packing and loading are routine rather than a first attempt.
About TingTing
Our production base is in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, in the Yangtze River Delta - a region known for precision manufacturing. It sits 150 km from Shanghai Port and 20 km from the high-speed rail hub, so sea, land and air freight all stay efficient and the delivery date we quote is a date we can hold.
Frames, panels and the structural parts of the machine are machined and assembled in our own workshop, and every unit is run and checked before it leaves. Because the whole process sits in one place, a configuration change - your voltage, your operator language, or one more processing station - can be built to order instead of waiting on a third party.
Own machining and assembly capacity with core technologies and patents held in-house
Full product line CE certified against European safety standards
The complete range from one site - edge banding machines, six-sided drilling machines, beam saws, CNC machines and dust collectors
OEM and ODM work for distributors who need the machine built to their own specification
