Equipment Layout Optimization
Adopting a zoned centralized control principle, the dust-generating equipment is divided into sawing, forming, and sanding zones, each with an independent duct system. The main duct diameter is determined using the economic flow velocity method: D=√(4Q/(π×v)), where v is taken as 18-20 m/s.
Filtration System Configuration
It is recommended to use pulse-jet cartridge dust collectors, with a cartridge density controlled at 60-80 cartridges/m² filtration area. For fine dust conditions, a two-stage filtration system can be configured: a primary cyclone separator (efficiency ≥75%) + a secondary cartridge filter (efficiency ≥99.97%).
Intelligent Control Strategy
Integrating variable frequency speed control technology, the system automatically adjusts the fan speed by monitoring the system differential pressure in real time using a pressure sensor. Three alarm thresholds are set: early warning (ΔP=1000Pa), primary alarm (ΔP=1200Pa), and shutdown protection (ΔP=1500Pa).
