Pressure Parameter Matching
Working Air Pressure Control: This refers to the required air pressure during operation. Most laboratory air compressors have an adjustable pressure range of 0-8 BAR (approximately 0-8 kg), meeting the pressure requirements of experimental equipment.
Stable and Continuous Discharge Volume (usually expressed in L/MIN): This refers to the gas flow rate in liters per minute at the rated working pressure. Maintaining a continuous and stable gas flow rate is crucial, thus requiring very high operational stability from the air compressor.

Oil-free air compressors are the preferred choice: Oil-free air compressors are made without oily materials and do not require any lubricating oil during operation. This significantly improves the quality of the discharged air and ensures the safety of the equipment used. Unlike oil-lubricated air compressors, which contain a large amount of oil molecules in the discharged gas, causing varying degrees of corrosion to the equipment, oil-free silent air compressors are essential for ensuring air quality.
