The basic processes of an edge banding machine include pre-milling, gluing and edge banding, trimming, finishing, scraping, polishing, and grooving. Pre-milling uses double milling cutters to further correct ripples, burrs, or non-perpendicularity caused by panel sawing. The gluing and edge banding process utilizes a special structure to ensure even gluing on both sides of the edge banding board and material, guaranteeing a stronger adhesion.

Core Structural System: The core structural system of the edge banding machine includes a feeding system, a gluing system, a pressing system, and a trimming/edge trimming unit. The belt feeding system ensures precise delivery of the edge banding tape. The pressure roller group or crawler design ensures smooth workpiece movement. The full servo drive system enables precise control of processes such as belt feeding, trimming, finishing, and scraping. A heavy-duty bed or frame ensures the long-term stability of the equipment.
